We offer free ground shipping through USPS or UPS on orders $75+.

Discount is automatically applied at checkout and it is only valid for customers based in the contiguous United States.  Free shipping only includes ground standard shipping. We will not be responsible for any loss or misplaced packages if the tracking information is marked as delivered. 

30-Day Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. Your refund will be returned to your original method of payment minus shipping, handling, and other charges where applicable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Customers are responsible for the cost of their return. You can choose to either ship the product yourself using your preferred carrier or pay for a prepaid label via our returns portal. If you decide to use a carrier of your choice, we ask that you send us an email with tracking information so we can ensure the arrival of your return. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within five business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at contact@norokafor.com
