We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund or exchange. Your refund will be returned to your original method of payment minus shipping, handling, and other charges where applicable. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for the cost of their return. You can choose to either ship the product yourself using your preferred carrier or pay for a prepaid label via our returns portal. If you decide to use a carrier of your choice, we ask that you send us an email with tracking information so we can ensure the arrival of your return. Upon receipt of your return, we will issue a refund.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within five business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. You can always contact us for any return question at email@example.com
Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on sale items, masks, gift boxes, or gift cards.
